⚖️ Fiverwork – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fiverwork, a unified digital agency providing professional freelance services across various creative and technical fields.
By accessing or using our website (the “Platform”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1️⃣ About Fiverwork

Fiverwork is a team-based digital service agency that offers a wide range of professional services — including logo design, WordPress development, Excel and Google Sheets templates, photo editing, video editing, proofreading, UX/UI design, and more.

Unlike open freelance marketplaces such as Fiverr or Upwork, Fiverwork operates as a unified agency, meaning all projects are handled internally by verified members of our team under the agency’s supervision.
Clients communicate and transact directly with the Fiverwork Agency, not individual freelancers.

2️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

3️⃣ Nature of Engagement

All services provided by Fiverwork are agency-managed.

Clients submit their project requests directly through the platform or via approved communication channels.
The Fiverwork team assigns qualified professionals internally to execute the task.
Clients receive final deliverables reviewed and approved by the agency’s quality control team.

4️⃣ Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Our services start at $5 (or equivalent in Naira ₦, depending on the client’s location).
All payments are made directly to Fiverwork through approved channels listed on our website.
Payments are due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Currency:
- Naira (₦) – for local Nigerian clients or locally billed projects.
- USD ($) – for international clients or foreign-based projects.
Exchange rates are determined by our payment processor or the prevailing rate at the time of payment.
Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable except in cases of non-delivery or proven breach of agreement by Fiverwork.

5️⃣ Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete client satisfaction.

Each service package specifies the number of included revisions.
Revisions apply only to work already delivered and must align with the original brief.
Major changes outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.
Once the final work is approved, the order is considered completed and closed.

6️⃣ Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is typically within 24–72 hours, depending on project type and complexity.
Urgent orders may attract additional fees.
All turnaround times are communicated before project commencement.

7️⃣ Confidentiality and Ownership

All client information, project files, and data shared with Fiverwork are treated as strictly confidential.
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated.
Fiverwork may display non-confidential portions of completed projects in its portfolio solely for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

8️⃣ Quality and Limitation of Liability

Fiverwork guarantees a high professional standard in all its deliverables.
However, Fiverwork shall not be liable for:

Client-side data loss, misuse, or unauthorized access outside our platform.
Delays caused by incomplete briefs or late feedback from clients.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9️⃣ Communication Policy

All official communications must be conducted via Fiverwork’s approved channels (website, email, or Telegram group).
Clients are not permitted to contact internal team members directly outside approved channels.
Fiverwork reserves the right to record or log communications for quality and training purposes.

🔟 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

The agency fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline, and
The client has provided all necessary project details and met their own obligations.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

11️⃣ Modification of Terms

Fiverwork may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

12️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
